Well last night was the last night at work. Our restaurant got shut down, and we're all out of a job. I took the opportunity to ask a girl I've been crushing on for a while for her number. She gave it to me, and I was fucking excited. Today, I decided to send her a text, only to find out that I may have punched in the number wrong, or she gave me a bogus number. Fucking shit.

because of my recent actions i look like an idiot to some people because they caught me screwing up. Just because i fucked up doesnt mean i am always like that, but since it was kinda like a first impression, they think i am always like that. ugh first impressions piss me off sometimes.

I found that series of posts to be incredibly funny. I highly recommend scrolling through quickly reading them in increasingly distressed tones imagining people pointing fingers at eachother.

When I was a kid I was at my best friend at the time's house, in his backyard with his little brother (who was about 4-5 at the time. My friend and I were about 9 or 10). We were playing baseball, which with three people amounted to something like us taking turns with the bat, throwing the ball straight up, and knocking it as far as we could to see who was the best batter. When it was my turn to swing, I threw the baseball up, and swung. I heard a crack, but the baseball kept falling. Turns out my friend's little brother was standing too close behind me when I swung, and I smashed him right in the mouth with an aluminum bat. I caused that kid a great deal of agony and cost that family so much in medical bills, yet never once did they get angry with me, even when it happened and emotions were running high. I know it was an accident, but I still feel terrible about it.
