I miss my girlfriend. She lives about three hours away and since we're on break for uni i have barely gotten to see her. It just kind of sucks, i know it's not the end of the world.

Those sorts of atheists are such a fucking drag. As if everyone hasn't already heard a hundred arguments supposedly defeating belief in god already.

I'm not so sure people aren't like it. I hear a lot of people being very anti-religious in person. But then again, I'm studying philosophy and opinions are quite polarised. There's a lot of people who are religious themselves, and probably more antitheists who can't wait to tell them how wrong they are.

Other people may just be bitter about religion (and somewhat rightfully so) because of the conflicts it can cause and how organized religion can often become corrupt if it becomes too powerful

I think most people get depressed on breaks from uni. I'm feeling it. Though I think that may easily be more because I have so many exams to study for and no motivation to do it. It feels so strange, living in a place where you're constantly surrounded by friends and then finding yourself 2 bus rides away from anyone you like...

Yeah there's just so much more to do there and i've enjoyed having a break and just doing nothing but i'm ready to get back into productive and social mode

But it definitely sucks being alone no matter what time of year it is. Especially during the holidays.
