I can grab the original gif real quick.
Or maybe not, because the original doesn't have the stupid sunglasses.

yea, i have it
[editline]15th April 2011[/editline]
just tell me how to fix it
if whatever program you're using is trying to optimize it that's probably the issue
i just made it transparent, and it fucked up
if whatever program you're using is trying to optimize it that's probably the issue
im using photoshop cs5
I have no idea how that would've happened, gimp had no problems with it
how did you do it
I took the source gif you posted(the original I was going to use doesn't have the sunglasses), opened it in GIMP.
Switched the color mode to RGB, went layer-by-layer and deleted the rainbow, background color, and border.
Shrank the canvas to 200x200 and resized the image to 80x80.
Made sure that the first frame had (replace) after the frametime(it did not originally).
Saved it.

His avatar's frames were set to (combine) instead of (replace) when I opened it. So I'm assuming it:
-Wasn't flipped to RGB from Indexed which has caused those white borders for me in the past
-Was optimized by combining frames

I use GIMP to edit/make gifs, I've never taken the time to figure out how to do it with Photoshop.

It's free, so it's worth a download.
mossy what does your avatar say I can't read it all
mossy what does your avatar say I can't read it all
Because it was a bad source gif :v:
It's the Mystery Science Theater 3000 moon. I could make a better one, but I'm lazy~

I've bothered them a lot in the past for my cacodemon avatars as it is. Now I've actually got programs that I can use to do it for myself.
you're not gonna get that to fit lol
I was actually getting a bit of luck last night. I got it down to blue size limits and only shrank it by a bit. Although I'm gonna give it one more try to keep it bigger if I can manage.
Here's what I managed last night:
I want nice weather, so I can go out and find stuff with my metaldetector.
