I don't really like they brought Eli back to life. I mean other than the obvious devaluing of killing off a character, the way they did it was terribly poor; at least in things like Star Trek 3, they brought back Spock with means that had already been established in canon before he died. They could have had the combine try to use his body for some synth but didn't have time to finish it so he came back to life. But no, they had to come up with the entirely contrived way of bringing him back through time travel (I think it was time travel? I didn't really understand... it could have been a parallel universe but that REALLY devalues Eli's life since the real him's already dead. It's like that time Harry Kim dies in Star Trek Voyager then a parallel him replaces him). Gabe has been watching WAY too much Star Trek guys. Though other than bringing Eli back to life the game as a whole wasn't all that bad. It was pretty haw really, was definitely worth the wait. Too bad the achievement system is broke though.
