Note that the class is only 3 credits and one semester long, meaning that the lab hours are literally doubling the time I have to spend on the class without any increase in credits. By comparison my photo class I'm taking this semester is 4 credits yet is only 3 hours a week and requires only 1 field trip and a visit to a gallery outside of class. To add insult to injury they dropped that 56 hours of lab to only 16 the semester after mine.

I hate the cirrcumstances that prevent me from being able to play most AAA games at home. I don't get a regular income to be able to afford any of those games or a console/computer that can run them, and the only computers at my house that could possibly run these games are my laptop and my mom's computer, both of which weren't built for the more graphics intensive shit that we get nowadays. Even if I was able to get a console / a good enough computer and the games, I'd have to be even more careful about my mom coming in and seeing me playing something like Doom 4 and etc. It's a shame, because I'd really like to be able to play Doom 4 and WWE 2K17 more regularly rather than relying on someone occasionally bringing such a game to the college campus. I need to figure out how to get a job or at least a steady income.

My PC is like 8yo and stuck playing old games like Half-Life etc. I own a few games I really want to play but I just can't play them because every dev seems to have a fucking boner for making my GPU do their art team's work in real time. So I've begun saving up. I have a $300 credit (AUD) with a tech store online, plus I got xmas and my bday coming up and I'm going to be a stingy cunt and not give anyone anything, so I'm thinking I'll get $200 tops from my bday and xmas. To fill the $700 gap, I'm saving $50 or so a fortnight until Feb. Hopefully by then I'll have raised enough money to build a new computer. If not, I have enough money for a current gen console and maybe a game or two. But here's what shits me. Say I converted the price of my build ($1.5k) to USD. That's 1147.23 US Dollar. But the price of the build in the US? Closer to $800-$900. Tech in Australia is fucking inflated beyond all hell. And even if the exchange rate hit parity, I'd still have to pay $1.5k.

I hope Autumn is okay, she hasn't been on Steam in a year and a day, and hasn't been on Facepunch since July.

Holy fuck I'm going to go insane. I'm so FUCKING SICK of being TIRED ALL THE DAMN TIME. 8 hour sleep? TIRED. Avoiding caffiene? TIRED. Eating decently? TIRED ALL DAMN DAY. I come home, shower, then fall asleep for 3-4 hours and wake up still feeling like hell.
