People technically fuck up capitalization rules all the time because the rules are pretty pedantic and honestly haven't ever really been consistent either. Not really worth caring about imo. While we're on rules I really liked the old rule of capitalizing all nouns, but we threw that out for good in like the 19th century. German still has it and it's pretty nice, looks good (imo) and it helps when you're reading and see a word you don't know. Nowadays "they" and its forms are coming back and taking over that role. edit: I did a little cursory check on the original hebrew the bible was written in, and it appears that in that language everything is either masculine or feminine, so it could be that too.

I had this shit basically figured out in like fifth grade. And it's not something where like, they believe that "his" should be a capitalized word on it's own, only when referring to God or Jesus in some cases. You don't capitalize iPhone at the start of a sentence, literally because Apple says we aren't supposed to. There's a whole class of words called capitonyms whose meaning changes if you capitalize them or not, and by doing this to words related to the abrahamic god it'd signify that they were talking about this one, and not just any other god (the polytheistic ones) or just in like a general non-specific sense, there's also a few other religious capitonyms like Divine vs. divine which no one does anymore, and Mass vs. mass which people still do I think. Capitalization is mostly just style anyways, my opinion is that it's only worth caring about random people's grammar when it makes something harder to read or makes it hard to understand/ambiguous.

Best example is the Torah, it's pretty widely doubted that the whole thing except for 8 lines were written by Moses, and there's a few theories surrounding it, and by using those theories, you can elaborate on how the theorized authors projected themselves onto God and can use that as an argument against the religion. Though a pronoun is a bad example because that's just grammatical English, and grammatical Hebrew.

Started playing Condemned: Criminal Origins. It's a shame that older games like this'll probably [I]never[/I] get a VR ports, because it would make the experience much more panicky and real. I hear a noise on my left, and all I have to do is flick my mouse over to the left to look. If this was in VR, I'd probably need to do a whole turn to point my gun and flashlight to make sure I'm not about to get my skull caved in.

I can tolerate an opposing political view, but to see someone act so smug about it infuriates the living hell out of me.
