I unsubscribed from domino's promo email crap and that ended up turning off my piece of the pie rewards. Holy fuck I'm pissed. I was only 20 points from 2 free pizzas and this bullshit happens.

I just got a new GPU that basically has two times the power of my previous GPU. what makes me mad is that it took two-three hours to install drivers for it, when it should've taken 30 minutes, at most.

The Elder Scrolls has one of the most irritating gaming communities ever. You can't bring up [I]anything[/I] you like or dislike about [I]any[/I] one of the games before it becomes either a fight or a circlejerk over how [insert game here] is [B]the one true[/B] ES title and the others are shit. Can we not like all of them? Do we have to pick just one? Fuck me.

Tetris for the 3DS is still $30 for something that you can get for free.

Buying a game is like a bbq. In the 00's, you'd walk up, pay your fee, and you are given a bun, a sausage, some onions, and some sauce, and a drink for an additional $2. Now you walk up, pay your fee, and you are given a plate and a bun. A sausage is another $4, the onions are $3 per spoonful, sauce is $3.50, and the drink is only available if you ordered your bun a week before the bbq. And the plate is $0.50. It's fucking highway robbery and we need some entity to take the reigns over this industry because it's out of control.

Couple of hours after I made about $100 worth of game purchases as a christmas gift to myself, hoping to enjoy the games over the christmas holiday. The fact that people ever maintained the position of "console games look greater than or equal to PC ones" and some still do. I've been playing through some games I got for free with Xbox Live on my 360 since there's no reason to buy a game twice as long as I can play it fine and holy shit all of them look much worse than if I were running them on PC with antialiasing and higher texture and model detail settings. Hell, Halo 3 (and up, I'm pretty sure) ran at 30FPS and couldn't hit 720p natively, it had to upscale. There's people out there that either believed or still do believe that it wouldn't have looked and ran better on a PC with a native resolution, graphics cranked, and running at 60 fps or higher

One of the biggest problems I have with my dad is that, no matter how much he hates lying, it's gotten to the point where he won't let me tell him the truth without him getting angry at me. I want to tell him how I never wanted to go on vacation to the DR for Christmas, but if I do he's going to get angry and yell and pout and act as if I'm disrespectful for not wanting to spend my entire holiday with people I don't know. The past two months have been extremely stressful and all I needed was a break from everyone to get calmed down, but now this is happening. First I had school in early november to prepare for finals, then I drove all the way to Texas, stayed for thanksgiving, and drove all the way back. Then, I had the most stressful amount of tests in my entire life, where I had two mental breakdowns in class over Pre-Calculus, still failing no matter how hard I tried to pass, and then I had to drive 12 hours to Orlando, stay there a few days, drive another 5 hours to Miami, fly out to Santiago, drive another 5 hours to the house we're staying at, and finally we're spending the entire vacation here until the 1st, where we go back home all over again, and when I finally get back, it's time for school once more, meaning my entire holiday break has been wasted because my dad is falling into the same trap with his new fiance. The last person he married, who he treated the same way he's treating his current fiance, became spiteful and abusive, and he knew it, but denied it because "he was in love". I really, really, reall hate people.

I got a new chair, it's comfy but it's slightly smaller than my old one and I can't sit cross legged or sit with my head against the back because it's shorter too. Nice chair though, just going to have to get used to it.
