After googling the series name I usually end up finding a "complete" torrent, I open it up and find it's a dub. or Spanish.

Find good fansub groups by using Myanimelist.net.
They have a list of fansubbers on the anime page, just scroll down. People vote like/don't like so you can see who is best.
