What do you usually buy when you go to Mcdonalds?

Or, on rare occasions, a single or double cheeseburger (I don't know why, but I usually get two singles rather than one double cheeseburger).

Sometimes fries to go along with it, usually only a small or medium though. Not all the time, because they suck.

If I am thirsty, I will get a small sweetened Iced Tea. Sometimes unsweetened. [B]Really, small is all you need. The only thing you should be not so worried about other than small is getting a medium water or tea. That shit is internally molesting you the second you down it in a large cup. This is USA sizes, by the way.[/B]

For the normal cheeseburger? I'm not sure, but I would assume not much if any difference. The USA single cheeseburger size is probably somewhere around 4 1/2 inches across, but the meat seems compressed in some way. It's fairly heavy for such a small food item.

I've seen a picture somewhere with side-by-side comparison.
The US size was HUGE compared to most European ones.
Also, there were intereuropean comparions, and UK had bigger ones than say, Norway or Sweden.

It's like, if we say that the standard (value being 1) is Norway/Sweden, then:

UK has 1.5x
US has 2x or even 3x (remember the super-size factor)

I don't usually eat fast food (and when I do it's almost always either at Sonic's or at Mikes on Main in Hendersonville, NC), but if I ever do go to the home of golden arches, Big Macs, and Ran Ran Ruu, I usually only get a medium fry and a medium (or large if I'm on a road trip) soft drink (I have an intolerance to their burgers due to how cooked they are. I can't have red meat beyond rare since I'm used to raw fish and seafood, and anything more cooked makes me sick).
