God Hand, beating waves of enemies without getting hit
Wiping out an enemy squad single-handedly in PR or any post-BF2 game/mod. Or destroying an important asset such as a helicopter, tank, or in the case of 2142 a walker. I'd repost one of my many PR war stories but I can't be arsed finding/re-typing them.

Killing Andrew Ryan in Bioshock
Beating my first round in Warcraft 3. BEFORE YOU TROLL ME IT IS NOT WOW. It's the game it was based off of. It's a pretty decent game if you ask me.
Every QTE in Vanquish
Pretty much all the renegade options in Mass Effect 2. That and SSS combos in Devil May Cry.
the last 2 levels of bioshock 2 as a big daddy...fucking priceless
Since no one's mentioned Fallout 3 yet, I guess I will.
One of the most incredible moments of my gaming life so far was the exit of Vault 101. They did such an amazing job with creating the Fallout universe, making you care about the people you meet in the Vault, and making it clear what your character thinks about the outside world. I think this may be a rare case where not having played the previous games actually enhances the experience a little bit, since I had absolutely no idea what lay outside that giant metal door. Then you see the skeletons and their signs, realize what a complete shithole DC must be, then you step outside, the sun blinds you for a few moments, but then you've got this massive expanse before you, full of destroyed buildings, bomb craters, and old cars, not to mention everything that wants to kill you. The best part of it, to me, is imagining what's going through your character's head at that moment. I always imagine it to be along the lines of "ohshitohshitohshitohshitohshitohshit."
Now for gameplay awesomeness. There was this one time I exited the Metro to find that it was nighttime, and there was a massive battle going on around the exit, due to several mods I'd installed, stuff like MMM. There were Super Mutants, Deathclaws, Talon mercs, raiders, and every kind of creature you can think of, all beating the tar out of each other. I came out of the Metro expecting a nice walk to wherever I was going, but instead I was thrust into the midst of this murderous horde, with bullets, missiles, flames, laser blasts, balls of plasma, explosions fucking EVERYWHERE, and body parts all flying around. Just awesome.
Jumping over an enemy, shooting them in the head midair and then landing and continue running.
Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl I was at the Wild Territory, in the half without the bar, and I discovered that there were two packs of dogs, three bloodsuckers, and various other nasties between me and my goal. I couldn't take them out quickly enough, so I ran to a building that had been previously inhabited by some mercenaries because it had a ladder up to a second level. They all gathered at the base of the ladder, and I threw down about eight grenades. When I went back down there was this ring of dead and dying creatures around the ladder, and I felt awesome standing surrounded by a ring of corpses.
Pretty much every racer where you hit a barrier or a bump and do a full barrel roll and continue like nothing happened.
Or in a shooter when you sense something behind you, turn around a shoot without any hesitation and get a headshot.
When ever I destroy something that's huge.
Catching up to the train.
you had to catch up withe the train cj

Agreed. If you try and 100% it, it can take you up to an entire month to beat it.
