I think Resident Evil 3. I don't play many spooky games. There were some parts when I first started playing Doom that put me on the fucking edge (there is a map on episode 3 that is essentially three different sections of pitch-black rooms filled with spectres where you had to hunt for the key to the next terror chamber. Fuck that noise, man)
