if you like backwards retards and some of the most embarrassing politicians, then texas is for you
and since everywhere on earth has backwards retards and embarrassing politicians, you'll notice nothing different.
I'd say New York, but I'm biased as a resident, and warm weather isn't our thing for about 7 months of the year. California seems like a good bet.
Kansas because it's in the middle and gets everything. Except hurricanes. We get everything except hurricanes.

I suggest southern california-Orange County would be your best bet. LA is to ghetto and San Diego is too Mexican

Also I have few Cisco certificates if that's going to help.
North carolina, western NC has warm summers and cool winters not really hot or cold, also no major disater issues like hurricanes, flooding, earth quakes, and tornados (in the west, we get tornados in the east) And down town Asheville is the most accepting place I know, so nobody will bug you for being non-native And we have the "best value university" according to this pic
That just about sums it up. Except that california is the coolest and you should come here. Just don't go to Santa Barbara or LA.
California, seriously. best weather and medical marijuana for eeveryooone
Minnesota. Cold in the winter, yes, but the summers are really nice. Plus, we have a lot of fine educational facilities around the Twin Cities.
Bumping this thread because I need more answers. What is approximate living costs of California? How about rent?
Apparently if you don't get citizenship you have to pay double taxes. I was considering going to the US, but I'm going to England instead.
What do you guys think of Sweden, Gothenburg especially? I heard it is hard to get job over there if you are not swede?
