Also, i feel like im slowly getting worse and worse at my job.

It was so busy today that i was helping down the other end (as requested by the nurse in charge) and things down my end were being missed.
And i'm the one that gets in trouble for it even if i was asked to do something else.

Just grrr!! and apparently they're hiring someone new soon for the same job role full time. I have a horrible feeling i might be being replaced or something. or i'm being paranoidly worried. But i think i'm nearing the end of my 13 week probation period so :ohdear:

I dont think i ever made mistakes or forgot things out before now.

But something important got missed (not on my side of the ward) a couple of weeks ago and everyone got in a LOT of trouble about it. Ever since then i've felt like people are looking for someone to blame or make a mistake so they can be blamed and ive been so worried i've started making silly mistakes.

It was a long and arduous battle and I haven't a fucking clue how I did. It was RIDICULOUS. I finished 3 hours after I started and 10 people were still working when I knocked off.

I studied hard but nothing prepares you for that.
