I didn't want to start a thread, so here goes: How the hell do I get better sleep at night? The only way I can sleep these days (Or, for the past 3 years) is by laying on my stomach and simply waiting until I black out. I don't just "fall asleep" anymore. I've tried reading, exercising (Starting to like it, actually,) and just waiting in the dark before bed. Nothing. It takes me [i]forever[/i] (Some of the time about an hour, the rest of the time over an hour.)
