I did it because he scared me to hell and back. I remember trying to get to some of the secret rooms and I had been in the attic to pull the lever so I could make the sprint. But when I heard the eerie moaning noise in the dark I froze and shat myself. I thought it was nothing, and then out of fucking nowhere when I turn back around there he is shambling right toward me.
