He pissed me off, took my shields down in one hit. And his shields were incredibly high. It took constant fire from my Geth pulse rifle until it almost overheated to take down a bar or two.

Skirmishers. Like Jackals, but with fancier hair and annoying-ass shields. They seem to constantly be buzzing on Red Bull or something, as they never stop moving. Landing a headshot on these guys is hard.
