Just lob a really heavy object at them. Most of the time there's a few spare logs lying around the field for you to use as both a shield and a weapon.

They squirm everywhere, rape you in melee, their laser attack fucks you up good, and will beat out a titan that you got to fight for you and still be able to take you down. the only freliable way to beat one is to waste precious scatterblaster/rocket launcher ammo by the boatload.
The fact that they are 3 times your size and have the scariest fucking voice out of all the enemies in the game makes the matters even worse.
Got to love hitting them with recruiter grenades though

A few rounds of spew ammo were plenty enough, just as long as you don't shoot them again until they completely finish regenerating. Also, they were only on a small number of levels. If you play your card right, you can recruit one to your side in the first level in the wastelands. Makes the trek much less difficult.

And Raem from Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles he has 300hp with one player, each attack you do does 1 damage, he loves to spam some moves, he's insanely powerful and has 3 forms, just fuck him.

Spiral Knights is a highly amusing game that doesn't have incredibly difficult enemies, but they [i]will[/i] swarm you alot if they get the chance. It's just annoying.

I was trying to complete the campaign on Heroic solo, It was a walk in the spacepark until that [U]GODDAMN[/U] flood level where you have to save Cortana.
