I hit the upload button after selecting a movie, but - nothing happens. It starts to show the spinning little circle and it goes on practically forever.
I have switched to the old uploading utility thing, because with the new one I cant even upload at all.
Had this problem a while back too. Was a real pain in the ass. It fixed up now.
Maybe try to turn off firewalls/antiviruses?
Now that you mention it, everything is acting slower and buggier on the web with AVG...
I used Norton earlier.

I used norton too. I love it, but it may be the problem. Also, search for some tuts on youtube/google?

Yeah, try NOD. Just don't get KAV ( Kaspersky). It's SHIT.
