it froze and i had to turn it off, after that it wouldn't turn on, it did the same thing before and i had to send it back to acer for it to be wiped and returned.

it kinda turned on just now but i still don't think its good.

After 10 minutes of a slowmo heart attack staring at my blank screen waiting for something to happen and imagining 4 or so weeks of shipping the thing off to get formatted and returned i have never been so happy to see a desktop.
