I was watching the BF3 steam of /v/ verses reddit and apparently reddit started pulling rules out of their ass and kicking everyone. This is why I hate reddit.

Actual Irish people from Ireland don't even have that high of an alcohol consumption per capita, they're like in the range of 20th to 30th in the world. And as for people of Irish descent, most of the ones I know that are heavy drinkers use the Irish stereotype as an excuse to drink like they do (thus rendering your complaint moot anyways). Those who don't use it as an excuse drink no more than other people on average. I also have known many people of Irish descent that don't drink at all.
