I hate (okay, hate is an exceptionally strong word, but still) my teachers who have extremely optimistic projections for the projects they assign, like a project that involves building a musical instrument and performing the Maple Leaf Rag on it within two weeks. Then they get pissed at the students when none of us are finished by the deadline when our technology doesn't even work (our Mac computers are 3 OS's behind and our "green screen" is a blanket over a scaffold) and our teachers don't do any instructing unless Solitaire counts as teaching.
I wasn't joking about the "build an instrument and play Maple Leaf Rag" part, either. And this isn't for a music class.

And I got $7.50. There's no way it's $75 when there's 60 of them and they cost a dollar per 8 of them.
