She occasionally elbows me when I say something that could be perceived negatively but that's about it nowadays. I can't entirely blame her. She has ADHD. It's pretty severe too. She's real hyper-active and she can hardly concentrate. Her medication barely helps. She has a few other medical issues (nothing that could be life threatening though), but she's starting to become more mature (thankfully). I think a lot of it too is that our grandmother treats her like the fucking messiah most of the time. She's never been given a huge punishment for anything in her life. I was once grounded for two weeks for jokingly telling a girl to give me her lunch money while holding a stick. It was grade two. I was just joking around, but she took it serious and I got grounded. My sister, however, has never once been grounded for any longer than a day that I can recall. That's probably why she's so immature.

That's a consequence of bad parenting, at least in terms of punishment.
