So it's from a video (obviously) and I'm going to say it's from a music video that can only be found online - due to the aspect ratio change to fit it into an FP avatar.

Delving deeper into your posts I see that very little comes up save for you getting others to rate your avatar so that's not a great route.

Thankfully, though, Google Image Search has my back, and I can see that my previous assumptions were correct and it's Captain Murphy's twitter avatar and potentially one of his album covers as he uses the face in every video of his.
