Your weight isn't the only thing that dictates whether or not you can be classified as "fat". Your height (and in some cases, age) factors into the BMI equation as well. You could be 4'10", but if you weigh like 150lbs or more, then you're almost definitely overweight (or some kind of freaky bodybuilder midget, depending on your physique). BMI = mass (in kilograms) divided by height (in meters)^2 Or if you use the imperial system, BMI = mass (in pounds) divided by height (in inches)^2 times 703
When you delve deeper into bodybuilding you'll learn that BMI doesn't mean shit. Let's say he's average height 170 - 180cm 63 is not that much for a guy even if you are short or not.
i'm actually skinny
You'll probably find more skinny people (like myself) than fat people on this forum to be honest.
I eat too much (we seriously buy pizza once a week at my house) and I work out too little. Now that summer is here, both of those things are changing. I remember I changed my dietary habits earlier this year (it's not going on a diet, it is just changing how you eat in general. So yes, you can still have pizza EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE but not every week, and you should limit yourself every day) and it was actually not that difficult. I lost track of it though and just said "fuck it" because school got very stressful again. Hopefully it will be easier now that I have less to manage.
Eating pizza once in a week won't make you fat (if that's the only fast food you eat that week, of course) Me and few friends eat pizza every friday and we all skinny as shit yo
i'm one of those guys who can eat whatever they want and walk 2 steps a day to burn it all off. Yay high metabolism
I'm not fat and i'm enjoying a big ass burger right now. I only weigh 95 kg.
I weigh around 250 pounds at the moment, at 6'2". I have a huge appetite, and hate exercising. I'll occasionally go for a walk, but I usually don't feel like it after working for 8 hours. My weight doesn't really bother me, it's not like I run out of breath just from walking up a flight of stairs.
I'm not fat and i'm enjoying a big ass burger right now. I only weigh 95 kg.
Unless you're really muscular that's a bit chubby dude.
can you fuckers out down your pizza slices and post in this thread dont think i canT see you
This [sp]doesn't[/sp] make me want to help you.
Two reasons. 1. I was a dumb kid, I didn't know better :v: 2. Both of my parents worked when I was younger. Dad would come home around 4pm, but ma would work at nights, so most of our dinner's were fast food. and as with reason 1, I didn't really care other than "this food is great, and I get a toy". So yeah. But for the last three years I've been going to the gym, and since last year, I've gotten into cycling. So at least I'm trying to resolve it.
You fatties better start a diet and do some exercises because future isn't as friendly as you think Just like me, just got diagnosed with diabetes, and it ain't fun
Unless you're really muscular that's a bit chubby dude.
Itty bitty man-titties don't hurt nobody.
Because I lack the will power to finish it off. I lost 110 lbs through diet and exercise but now I have 40 or so more to lose to get to my goal weight, and it is incredibly tough to lose.
Gypsy cursed my family.
Its not fat, its muscle
i'm one of those guys who can eat whatever they want and walk 2 steps a day to burn it all off. Yay high metabolism
jealous but yup i'm fat because i'm lazy and it's hard to resist sweets but i started working on it recently
im the opposite of fat i think, you can see my ribcage and sternum when i lift my arms up or pull them back
i'm one of those guys who can eat whatever they want and walk 2 steps a day to burn it all off. Yay high metabolism
Hell yeah, best kind of genes for the born lazy person.
Because they haven't had a look at the "What turns you on the most" thread.
Poor health, bad eating habits, depression, lack of motivation 210 pounds 6"3
I was super-sporty at one point, then I got super-fat. Now I'm going back to super-sporty, lost ~22kg already (from 102kg to 80kg) and I'm starting to look buff again.
Im 5ft 9 and 150 lb? That's alright I guess
Am not overly fat, but I simply don't work out and eat more than I should because I like to, I kind of accepted that I'm a lazy who's getting fatter and I'm fine with it, although having a very slow metabolism doesn't help. I'm one of those people who don't care how others look at me, but I don't want to be one of these people who try to make it look like being fat is something to be proud of - it's not.
Sooo, most of the internet?
Vitamin B1, and B12 deficiencies. Also, bad food is delicious.
got fat when i was a little kid, and now thanks to social anxiety (directly caused from being fat during middle school) i have to take walks at night it's not helping much but at least it's some

I'm 5 foot 4 inches or so (163cm) and I weigh ~227 pound (103kg) Working on it though, so hopefully I'll be in better shape soon. I ate way too much and sat on my ass all day... I regret it so much. Also I'm 21.
Had a turnover last year when shit went horrible and I started to exercise because of too much time to fill. Went from 122kg to 101kg in about a month and gained a little after I started to build muscles too. My height is 190cm so it's not that bad I'm still fat in my eyes.
U guys are kinda lucky (from my point of view), I'm skinny and just cant eat a lot so I can never gain any weight, I get full for the rest of the day after like 1-2 meals. And 90% of all the food I have ever tried tastes horrible.
Oversized portions and just too much eating in general. Good news is that back in December I signed up at a local gym and so far I'm down to 248lbs(112kg?) from my starting weight of 320lbs(145kg?). Making good life changes one day at a time.
