I have low metabolism so I gained weight but eating four full meals a day. Now I'm in college and only have 2 meals a day so I lost a good chunk of my body. My waist went from 32 to 28 :v: The only problem is being a college student I can't really waste my money to buy new pants so I'm like one of those new age generation with their asses showing out of their pants.
A lifetime of having to have less than healthy food due to it being less expensive and money being tight, as generic a response as it is, is a factor. Seriously, some months dinner would be non stop frozen pizzas/dinners because they were like 10 for $5. Not ashamed to say it, but another factor was when I was growing up it made my mother happy when I ate everything on my plate. Having to eat every last morsel of food on the plate kind of got burnt into my eating regimen because seeing my mother happy made me happy. Since I only have to shop for two people, buying healthier food has been somewhat easier even with the price of food skyrocketing. I've also managed to break myself out of always eating every shred of food on the plate. In other words, I'm trying, dammit.
269 lbs, 6'1" I don't like exercise, I eat when I get stressed out, I'm under a lot of stress lately, and I live in Southern USA where extremely greasy and unhealthy food is not only the norm, but also incredibly cheap. Been considering getting a bike to drop some of the weight, but it's hard to find the proper motivation. I've heard that the momentum of feeling good when you exercise is what keeps you going, but it's really hard to get started.
My body has a very low metabolism and I'm addicted to the internet. Oh, and sensitive skin. And lack of motivation. And my body's balance is so way fucking off I can barely balance on one foot.
Because I eat fat stacks of bread(Rye bread, to be specific) daily and the only exercise I get is walking between the PC and the toilet/kitchen and wanking(Or video game induced fits of rage ever so rarely.). I haven't checked my weight in a long time, but I'd wager a guess and say I'm about 95 kg. Thankfully, I'm yet to "expand" from anywhere else but the front, so at least I don't take up more space in tight corridors. So pretty much because I'm a lazy slob. Although seeing this thread makes me want to go outside and go biking.
I'm about 190 pounds, 6 feet tall and I'm only 16. I need to get out more :/
