The most important thing is where you got the money.
If it's allowance, then you have no real right to complain. You are 15, the game is M rated, they care about your future.
If you got the money from doing work, or even as a gift from grandparents, then, well, that's theft. Then you can try standing up to her, but you'll probably get the old "be gratefull for what you already have" shit.
Also get better grades. They never reflect your level of intelligence (it could be lower), but they may show how responsible you are.

I don't know about the US, but in the UK only coursework counts towards your final grade, the rest of it is just useless crap that they give you to fill in a quota.
