That's exactly what I'm planning, get the basics crap covered and transfer to a university. Thanks to my AP scores I'm a really ahead in terms of basics.

I'm okay at programming and engineering but Math really turns me off

nueroscience is fucking dooooope. like damn, i love how physical chemicals and hormones and electricity all interact to make someone feel a certain way or make the body do something, all in perfect harmony with one another to produce every single action we do every day. every blink, every footstep, hell, even typing out this sentence involves soooo much stuff going on the the body. like, my brain is telling my fingers to move in a certain way to press buttons and make logical sense in my mind to convey an idea. then you're gonna read this and the wavelengths of light coming off of your screen are going to produce chemical and electrical signals in your brain and be translated into a way that you can understand the idea i am conveying. the fact that i'm getting excited about this is just causing more and more neurotransmitters to be released, neurons are firings, synapses are interacting. holy shit i cant even
