I dunno what you take as a sleep aid so it may not work the same but I take melatonin and every once in awhile it'll start working really poorly. If I stop taking it for 3-4 days I can sleep fine without it for the most part and it'll start working better. In my case it actually seems to be a matter of the dosage being a bit too high so I ended up having the side effect of melatonin which is that it'll cause sleep issues instead of help them.

My issue with mmos is they're always multiplayer and if you don't like playing with random people you have to play with friends which entails playing at the same time as them as well as playing as much as they do so you can keep up with them. Only serves to drain literally all the fun out of the game for me. The only game I can typically tolerate multiplayer on over an extended period of time is Terraria since it's easy to get to near-endgame status on solo play. (Well full endgame with proper preparations if you don't go melee like me. But Redigit seems to hate melee characters so endgame melee characters are effectively only really useful for acting as meatshields for rangers and mages and nothing else.)

It used to be great on RuneScape. Unfortunately it's falling apart and the community has been diminishing and devolving in the past year. Most of the good RPers are gone and all that's left are the edgemeisters with their anime-themed Mary Sues who wear hoods and sit in the corners of bars and backflip in full plate armor to avoid magic spells that were cast with absolutely no charge time.
