I was forced to get steam when Day of Defeat 1.0 updated from WON. It was pretty much brand new.
This was in the early 2000's. Played a lot of Day of Defeat and Sven Coop.
CS:Source was my first source game, I had beta access.
I really do miss it. My old Dell Dimension was a beast for what it was. 512 MB of RDRAM.
Rag Doll Kung Fu and Darwinia were my first 2 games, alongside all the Half-Life mods
