Others in Germany go to gymnasium and have a better certification then me. I had to do the longer router because I wasn't smart enough for gymnasium. [editline]11th April 2015[/editline] Maybe I'm just saying bullshit.
Gymnasiums are BS. You don't know any useful irl skills when you end your schooling. Technical school4life.

And i'll need to setup to someone a database with a program working in 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks will be heeeelll.

Settled for a couple PB&Js for dinner. Couldnt be bothered to eat a full meal tonight.
I've never had a PB&J in my entire life.
I've never had peanutbutter. [editline]11th April 2015[/editline]
whats your database?
Check the steam chat.
morning y'all
So yesterday reality hit me real hard and I realize how much not exercising for a very long time fucks up your body. Back in 2013, I was an avid cyclist. I'd do at least 20km of on road every night on the weekdays and 6 hour sessions of mountain biking on the weekends. I can pretty much say I was pretty fit (despite my BMI saying I'm overweight). I can keep an average pace of around 32km/h on flats (The average person does 28max and Pro's like Tour de France cyclists do like 40 minimum), my stamina would last for about 120km which is more than I needed back then (under-19 races go for only about 90km), and I could climb 10% hills for about 30 minutes at 24km/h before burning out. Represented my district in the state games, would have gone to represent my state in the national games and get a shot to be in the national team if I didn't decided studying was more important. I didn't regret choosing education over this stuff, but I did regret what I did afterwards. So in 2014, I moved to Australia, went into college and shit and started living on my own. Bought a bicycle here, still do 6 hours mountain bike sessions every weekend and everything was going fine. Until late April, when I hit some financial crisis due to overspending and sold my bicycle. After selling it off, I did not do any exercise at all. Zero, none, nada. The only thing close to exercise was 30 minutes walk to the bus stop, 5 days a week, for 48 weeks. If I were to calculate the average amount of walking since then, it totals up to 700m or 5-10mins a day. What made it worse is that I was actually losing weight, in a period of just 6 weeks, I went down from 70kgs to 50kg and m stayed there. I was under the impression that I was actually getting healthy and "hell yea who needs exercise right?". Oh and by the way, from July-November 2014 I ate zero vegetables, other than the occasional lettuce in a Subway sandwich and if you consider potatoes as a vegetable. Fast forward to about a week ago I bought a new bicycle and decided to take it around for a ride yesterday. I had planned a 60km ride because of all the things I did last time and after a "short" hiatus how bad can it be right? The ride was cut short from 60km to just 2km. I had to use up all my strength just to maintain a speed of 24km/h and I could only sustain it for 400m. Since my house was on a hill I had to cycle up a 500m long 6% gradient and by the time I reached the top my speed was just 3km/h, I lost my breath and struggled to pedal. Whats worse was my cardiovascular system was all fucked up too. The moment I got off my bike and entered my home I started losing vision, I struggled for air, to the point where I had to use accessory muscles to breathe . Sitting down on a chair didn't help at all and I struggled blindly for an extra minute or two, I knew I was going to pass out so I went to lie down on the floor with my legs elevated to force the blood into my head, few minutes later my vision was restored albeit blurry and I had no energy to move at all. It happened around 5pm and my head was still aching when I fell asleep past midnight. It had hit me that all this while I wasn't losing fats, it was probably muscles. Overall it was the shittiest experience I have ever had. The last time it happened was when I climbed up a 15% slope for 45minutes back in 2012. And that was super mild compared to this, all I had to do was sit down for a minute or so and my vision got restored. This is probably the hardest ever reality check for me. Today I started cutting down on sugar, I drank more water, actually ate my veggies and did morning exercises. My current mission is to try and restore at least half my ability by the end of June, and try to get better than I used to be by the end of November. I have never felt like the most useless saggy bag of shit ever before. Exercise guys, seriously.

I REALLY want F-zero GX. I've only played the SNES Version, and I could download X on an emulator. too bad that game is pretty expensive. I might hunt for one at some game stores nearby.

I do that bit by bit and day by day I can jog and run a little further. It helps. Except my area is relatively hilly with almost no flat areas, I was able to get from my town to Lechlade by bike several years ago around an hour, but college went in the way and abandoned the bike. Im taking my exercise improvement slowly but cannot maintain it because of the weather in England. Sorry to hear your experience was bad.
I'm 19 too and also in college holy jesus fuck
I'm 19 too but not in college. Englishmen's institutions are confusing.

I want a good multiplayer FPS, but everything is so fast paced now. I want a huge multiplayer one where the maps are huge and you can plan out strikes into enemy territory and stuff. Huge groups fighting it out.

Just that, I'll never speak to you again if you play Vanu :v: Fucking hate the VS with a passion.
I just had my first PB&J sandwich ever. [editline]11th April 2015[/editline] Also used to play Planetside 2 as Terrans awhile ago, but uninstalled now. I'd reinstall it if I had people to play with.
