The DS has a lot of excellent FPSes like Dementium: The Ward, Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Mobilized, Call Of Duty: World At War, Moon and etc.

Mobilized has some missions with vehicles, like one you pilot a UAV, one you pilot a tank and other you protect a helicopter while using a machine gun.
However. they're really basic. But damn they're fun.
