Confession: I unironically listen to Futret and enjoy it. "James Bearhat- #1 FutFan" is probably my favorite track, if just for the Moral Orel sample.

I'm too socially awkward to play a P&P RPG with other socially awkward people :v: I mean seriously, I played a sci-fi RPG in which I was a synth and I could hardly say anything, I only lasted one session.
I can't really listen to music. I like a few random songs but I listen to them once maybe every 6 months or so. I listen to podcasts and NPR almost exclusively because lyrical tones usually irritate me and give me headaches
Before I used to only listen to stuff like KoRn and Static-X, very few other bands. Now I've got an entire library in my phone on Spotify containing everything from electro to underground dubstep to progressive metal to 70's funk. Still listen to everything I used to listen to but my taste has grown massively.

Spotify is something I use everyday and I've got premium payed by my dad (soon gonna pay it myself) so I don't see myself using anything else anytime soon.

Only used to listen to screamo music when i was in my teens, then my music taste just got so much broader and now i like anything.
I don't really like using Spotify much anymore, I've started working on playlists of my favorite genres and found that the sheer amount of smaller artists putting out stuff on SoundCloud thats pretty damn good is actually really high. Which is both inspiring and demotivating I will confess that I really hate those who pointlessly hate large musicians, or attack their music without lobbying legitimate points. I'd rather deal with the bro who just loves "EDM"
I've tried to play games that are hyped by everybody, but I can never get into them. I jump on the bandwagon like YES I CANT WAIT! but turns out I'm wrong every time while people seem to enjoy them. I just sit there like "this is... it?" I'm such an individual  [sp]not really I'm actually super retarted[/sp]
I miss the Photoshop contest threads
If you only listen to video game soundtracks you really really need to branch out, it's not that what you're listening to is bad but there's so much out there you might like you're missing out on it just comes off as close minded.
I have a playlist on Spotify called "fucking everything" including: - A good chunk of video game soundtracks (a lot of Maxis stuff, like Sims 1 and SimCity, along with other titles like Battlefield and Payday) - Easy listening instrumentals (mostly Horst Jankowski and Dave Brubeck) - Ambient techno (see Ulrich Schnauss) - All types of jazz (from modal to fusion to smooth) - Some disco and 70s stuff (obligatory) - Movie/broadway soundtracks and jazz adaptations thereof (Disney, Pixar, James Bond, Book of Mormon, Crimson Tide/Red October, The French Connection, The Blues Brothers) - Quirky electronic shit (Jean-Jacques Perrey almost exclusively, with some Yellow Magic Orchestra) - Weird Al from the 80s to today (along with a lot of other 80s stuff, like Michael Jackson and synthwave in general) - A cappella, chorus, and barbershop quartet music of a bunch of styles - Military marches from the US, Soviet Union, Germany, and North Korea - A lot of stupid meme shit - Some ragtime music - Weird old stuff that I honestly can't classify - Tons of stuff from brass bands, mainly Mnozil Brass - Old muzak from store background music players - A ton of production music, although mostly from old AT&T/Bell public relations films So when people ask me "hey what kind of music do you listen to" I develop a stutter and have no idea what to tell them. There was some girl at a checkout counter that asked me what my favorite rock band was and I had absolutely no clue what to say.
My girlfriend says I couldn't pick up on flirting even if I was getting blown. My mind is so out of the realm of flirting and has always been that it flies over my head completely. [editline]4th November 2015[/editline] She'll get mad at me sometimes because a store clerk will flirt with me during checkout I guess and I always mistake it for just being nice and respond nicely back.

I hope I'm not too late to confess my musical addiction. My digital library is ~2-3 TBs, not including hundreds of cassettes, LPs, CDs, and basically every other format, including shit like minidisks and even floppy disks. At this point in my life I average going to 2-3 concerts a week, which is a far cry from some of my friends but still takes a toll on your body. I've been producing music since I was like 8 or something. My interest in music has long since past the realm of being cool and has gone into the realm of a serious problem.
People use Lefty? I thought Righty was the way to go.
I squeeze. Both hands.

That way you can push your addiction and get payed for it.
Take that problem and turn it into a career. That way you can push your addiction and get payed for it.
I've kind of been doing that but it's not like music is my only interest. I've been in a few bands over the years, some more successful than others, and I have the connections to make my next band actually get off the ground, but I don't think exclusively specializing in music is totally my thing. Like my career goal is in the field of music technology, so like either making software or hardware for music stuff, but solely being in a band takes a tole that I don't think I could handle for the rest of my life.

Im afraid one day my last moment will be spent posting on face punch, impersonating a dead late night show talk show host while weasel demons eat my brains so I slowly go insane.
