I guess today is as good a day as any to start Mushishi.
Mushishi is very good, maybe a tad slow for some people but I thought it was awesome.
I guess today is as good a day as any to start Mushishi.
Every day is the best day to start watching Mushishi. Even if you just lost your house and wife, got numb from the legs down, became sterile and unable to get it up, lost your arms, and just hours ago was recently victim of rape.

Shirobako is meh, or is it like ABP where the first thre episodes are super unlikable?
Watamote is still funny to me. I can't get enough. [t]http://puu.sh/gbrn7/5201a50c7e.png[/t]
I'm 19 episodes deep and I enjoy Shirobako a fair bit. It's more like a documentary at first but once the basic stuff is explained it started to be more of a story.
shirobako is disappointing me, it's got potential to be a great show, but it's missing the mark just barely and falls into 'pretty good'.
Like it has potential and all but.... It just feels like a really watered down "The Office".
What
Like it has potential and all but.... It just feels like a really watered down "The Office".
this is the worst description of shirobako, I don't... what?
this is the worst description of shirobako, I don't... what?
Given the three episode rule it's really meh. To me it feels like it is trying to be the office but failing
Given the three episode rule it's really meh. To me it feels like it is trying to be the office but failing
Now I'm not the most familiar with The Office but I'm pretty fucking sure that Shirobako is not like The Office in the slightest.
Given the three episode rule it's really meh. To me it feels like it is trying to be the office but failing
this is mal recommendation levels of comparison, x is like y because one superfluous thing is the same. Working!! and the office are the same because both shows show people goofing off at a job.
have u evr even seen the office [editline]25th February 2015[/editline] are u talkin about a zimbabwean version of it or somthing
have u evr even seen the office [editline]25th February 2015[/editline] are u talkin about a zimbabwean version of it or somthing
Yeah and it reminds me of a bad rip off attempt

I like Re: Monster. It's interesting Anyone know any manga like it? (Aside from the gamer)
I like Re: Monster. It's interesting Anyone know any manga like it? (Aside from the gamer)
if you're just talking about "stuff like games/rpgs" then i know of these: http://bato.to/comic/_/tsuyokute-new-saga-r12329 http://bato.to/comic/_/tate-no-yuusha-no-nariagari-r12672 http://bato.to/comic/_/toaru-ossan-no-vrmmo-katsudouki-r12453 - this one is pretty mediocre tbh http://bato.to/comic/_/world-customize-creator-r12325 http://bato.to/comic/_/dungeon-ni-deai-wo-motomeru-no-wa-machigatteiru-darou-ka-r9803 slightly related: http://bato.to/comic/_/ore-to-kawazu-san-no-isekai-hourouki-r12432 "id" might be related as well idk light novels even though you didn't ask for them: Arifureta - has an amazing start (legit 10) and then completely divebombs into the worst thing ever after a certain point when the author retcons some events. still salty about it tbh Legendary Moonlight Sculptor - extremely long and english translations only go up until volume 20 because that's all they were allowed to translate by the author Ark - originally drew inspiration from LMS but still okay
Legendary Moonlight Sculptor - extremely long and english translations only go up until volume 20 because that's all they were allowed to translate by the author
that doesn't even make sense, why would you let people translate your shit then say "fuck off don't do any more"
that doesn't even make sense, why would you let people translate your shit then say "fuck off don't do any more"
According to the english translators
The author has permitted Translations up to 20 Volumes. we will not support anyone who translate beyond v20. within the next 1-2 years the author would ask us to remove our translations so that he can officially release high quality translations on amazon. make sure to support him then.
source: http://royalroadweed.blogspot.co.il/2014/11/lms-credits.html [editline]24th February 2015[/editline] speaking of which it did start getting a manwha recently as well although only a few chapters have been released so far http://bato.to/comic/_/comics/legendary-moonlight-sculptor-r14676 [editline]24th February 2015[/editline] it comes with hilarious tl notes too you can't go wrong
Shigatsu ch. 41: [sp]I know what's coming, but I'm not prepared for it.[/sp]
I finally got around to watching Durarara season 1. I give it 10 ras out of 10. No wonder it got a second season. My main gripe would be that a few of the music tracks aren't that great. Also, I'm glad that now I know of 2 shows that actually know how the internet works: Durarara and Gatchaman Crowds. Hell, as long as we're doing recommendations: are there any more shows that actually get how the internet works? (I'm not sure if Log Horizon would count because that's more about MMOs and worldbuilding rather than the internet in general. Plus, they're kind of stuck in the MMO, which defeats the point of the anonymity of the internet. Recommending Log Horizon for shows about the internet would be like recommending Gurren Lagann for science fiction.)
