I would disqualify Log Horizon for the fact that fact that they aren't in the MMO itself, they're in a world that happens to be identical to the setting of the MMO and runs on the same MMORPG gameplay mechanics.

Shirobako is the best anime i've seen in a really long time
Also how the hell is it like The Office at all, Shirobako is a dramatization of anime production with some comedy while The Office is just comedy set in an office

The setting of both shows are set in a work office, they are both comedy. That is the only similarity they have. The office is about a bunch of awkward people that doesn't want to work being lumped together in a office. The UK version in particular is all about the conflict of the people and how utterly useless they are.
Shirobako is more of a love letter to the animation industry, making jokes at the expense of themselves, bringing forth all of the kinds of people you will probably find in the industry and all the problems one can run into during production. It's about all the trouble and hard work that goes into animation, how despite how horrible it all is, it's still a fantastic job in the end of it.
The Office is about people conflicting with other people in a job setting, hilarity ensues.
Shirobako is about a job and how the people in the job handles it, throw in some drama and comedy for good measure.

It's definitely going to be one of those things I come back to every so often and watch again. I'm just sad there isn't anything else like it :c

Well, it's in the OP. The tally of scores from FA MALs is, out of 48 (57, but 9 have no ratings):
Six 10 ratings, Twenty-four 9 ratings (inc. myself), Fourteen 8 ratings.
Through this, I can suggest that Baccano! is.... not shit.

Most of us watched it years ago. I doubt most of us could actually provide more than "yeah it was pretty good" without rewatching it, that's just how Baccano! is.
