Well maybe if we translated it into english onomatopoeia it'd make more sense. like ドドドドド Should just be "ratatatata" or "blam blam blam" instead of "dodododododo" Or just do what they did in the hidamari localisation, next to every bit of sound effects there's a really small piece of text translating it's meaning (e.g. "dripping", "slide", "crack", "crying")
no i mean translating it into eng is goofy lol like "ratatatata" looks silly to me unless it's in a light hearted setting or non serious
linking nozaki pages doesn't really work since they have a flowing story even though it's 4koma [t]http://i5.minus.com/iP5EZKDG9rBRl.png[/t]

The rest are stuff like languages, specific sports, engineer association and whatnot. Complete fucking waste of time, the video game club held several lans and they all sucked (in one of the lans the power went out for 2 hours between 2am and 4am. Super fucking fun) Tabletop club was also really bad, I joined 3 seperate groups for DnD over 3 semesters. Every single time I was let down. I really hope the normal groups (gym, languages, all that stuff) aren't as bad, I'm sure it's better if you have a normal hobby.
that mecha anime list is fucking criminal
Not sure if I should be amazed or sad that there's no TTGL in there.
fma:b also only aired 6 years ago the manga is sorta old but i wouldn't call it old school rofl
also obligatory "imagine actually joining the anime club at uni", we even have a club SPECIFICALLY for league of legends here, lol and our clubs are pretty broad, like sci-fi/board games, anime are the only "geeky" clubs. It's great. Also the IT Club, vidya, and League clubs amalgamated into one big club and holy shit do nerds know how to party. After a counter-strike marathon we hit up this place which was essentially a bottle-o fused with a sushi bar. If my blurry memory of that night serves me right, it was fun as fuck.
the fuck did you do for 2 hours, play cards and look at your phones in candlelight?
we did 'trivia' which mainly comprised of answering questions about the club leader's recent video game purchases EDIT: That's not to say we did trivia on the game's he bought. No I mean we had to answer questions like "what was the last gamecube game I bought" EDIT2: Worst part was I couldn't leave because my PC was there and I was getting a lift in the morning.

I'm mainly an indian/chinese food guy. If you know anywhere good near hawthorn/glenferrie/[sp]ringwood[/sp] I might check it out, but I'm still pretty poor these days so I stick to coles food and packed lunches most days.

Meanwhile in fun brisbane land (the place where pharmacies sell gundam kits) my club went down to the uni bar, and everyone in the circle had to name which club leader had recruited them during o-week. It was a shots game, naturally. [editline]3rd March 2015[/editline] guys just come to QUT already [editline]3rd March 2015[/editline] Fast Australia
Literally the worst. But I didn't come to uni to socialize. I came to learn shit. [sp]didn't do that either :v:[/sp]

I'm not fond of going to restaraunts on my own though, I'll have to rope in a friend or two [sp]or a girl, lol who am i kidding[/sp] It's on the dark side of uni. We pretty much all hang out on the opposite side, lots more stuff on the opposite end. Also the mcdonalds and coles are there so obvious reasons why the uni students are in that locale more often.
