Druaga seems to be on the same train as Garo currently is: average first cours, a few high points but nothing particularly memorable, second cours highly improved. I'm halfway through Druaga season 2 and it's a very solid season. Nothing that'll blow you out of the water, but a very enjoyable ride. Also, anybody who isn't on the Garo train should probably get on, it's really good.

Remember my anime consultation job thing? It's still going and about a month ago I submitted a report for Macross Frontier. They loved it and wanted to license it for western release. Harmony Gold still won't give up the license though so they canned it :/

Been watching Moyashimon for no particular reason, it's different. Buncha booze nerds do things in college, secondary characters are more interesting than the lead despite his gimmick that the show revolves around. Paced sorta like some of the slower GTO episodes I guess and pretty average overall. It has its moments though, I'm enjoying it. Also one of the characters (entire S1 spoilers) [sp](the main character's best friend) disappears for pretty much the entire season and is revealed to be[/sp] a trap [sp]only after giving his best bud a big ol' tongue kiss. His voice drops an octave after the reveal too lmao[/sp]

I knew full well about how Harmony Gold retroactively caused the holocaust with the stinginess of their rights to Macross. The main reason I took on this job was to attempt to get rid of that and get the Macross video games licensed over here for release. Making money off this gig comes secondary.
