I like tanks and cute grills but I still thought the show was fucking awful. It tries to play itself as being extremely historical and realistic (lol) when it's nothing close to that. It's like Jormungand is with guns, but the difference there is Jormungand actually has a good plot and it's a character show.

Now, my experience with GuP is fairly limited, but from what I know I'm pretty sure it's not trying to be particularly realistic.

Like I said, well put together. The characters there were nice and all but not really unique; they all fell into the usual archetypes. It's just an SoL with Rom-Com cut and paste characters, it's well done but generic.
