Where are you pulling 2 extra episodes from? Last I checked you get 10 episodes of content and a handfull of softcore porno OVA's.
Because the recaps were numbered 5.5 and 10.5?
like even if you ignore the awful fucking production cycle for the series, its still not even any good. Only reason you ought to watch it is if you like to beat your meat to pseudo-realistic WWII tanks.
So what you're saying that if you like tanks and/or cute girls/are in the target audience that the show is appealing to, you'll like it, and if you don't like tanks then you won't care. Clearly that's a negative if I've ever heard one.
That's the entire point of Exodus though. It's a Samurai Flamenco-tier trainwreck.
No Exodus was good in the show
No Exodus was good in the show
Everything we saw of Exodus ranged from batshit insane to extremely stupid. Just because it's successful in-universe doesn't make it actually good.

It tries to play itself as being extremely historical and realistic (lol) when it's nothing close to that. It's like Jormungand is with guns, but the difference there is Jormungand actually has a good plot and it's a character show.
It tries to play itself as being extremely historical and realistic
Not sure where the fuck you got that idea from. It's set in a world where driving tanks is considered a safe and feminine sport for young women. They live on mindbogglingly huge ships that also function as cities.
Everything we saw of Exodus ranged from batshit insane to extremely stupid. Just because it's successful in-universe doesn't make it actually good.
Well yeah, but Shirobako seems to always make in-universe "things that are good" actually good, at least regarding visuals and animation stuff That's part of what makes the show so impressive
Rommel's depiction in gup is so bad it's offensive.
I'd be fine if you took a jab at my choice of bestgrill but this is different, this is my waifu you're talking about here

The show is nothing more than weeb slop for turbo nerd pseudo-historians to jack their meat to and if some of you are honestly getting mad about that then you need to check your priorities. Literally nothing but pandering to the lowest common denominator and utterly shitting all over the historical elements it was taken from. It hurts to watch. If you're into that then whatever but getting mad when someone says it's stupid is stupid.

I still love the hell out of the show.
clairvoyant
Nice meme, it's like I'm really on /a/.
It's trying to portray it's tank combat as being realistic.
They drift the tanks like rally cars. They tip over a micro-tank and shoulder barge it upright again. (girls und panzer + ova minor spoilers if you haven't been following) [sp]They do a sneak attack from a car park. They repair a Porsche Tiger engine while still in motion. The entire part about Maus, especially where they drove on top of it.[/sp] It's definitely trying to be realistic.
Isn't GuP just meant to be cute girls goofin around in tanks n shit? I don't get what there is to argue about.
Nice meme, it's like I'm really on /a/.
I think I missed the part where memes began to be pointing out that you're acting really immature over a show you don't like. Wait, you're right, with you around it really is like I'm on /a/. [editline]9th March 2015[/editline]
Isn't GuP just meant to be cute girls goofin around in tanks n shit? [editline]9th March 2015[/editline] You need to understand you aren't just wrong, you're objectively lower than a rock on the scale of intelligent beings for liking it.
It's trying to portray it's tank combat as being realistic (read: Jormungand comparison), not the whole entire retarded setting.
No it isn't, what the hell? I don't like GuP and even I can tell that it doesn't even think of portraying tank combat in even the slightest of realism (which is one of the many reasons I don't like it). You're talking out of your arse.
is Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun gud
is Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun gud
Haven't seen it myself but pretty much everyone I know who has seen it swears by it including FA dudes (average MAL rating of 8, only one person rated it lower and that was 7)
is Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun gud
It's a cute little comedy that doesn't stray too far from safety, but that's ok. +Sawashiro Miyuki.
is Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun gud
It's nicely put together but there's nothing unique about it, no plot progression to speak of and the characters are really forgettable. If you want to kill a day or two then it's good for that.
Sakura's VA is amazing
It's actually funny.
It's nicely put together but there's nothing unique about it, no plot progression to speak of and the characters are really forgettable. If you want to kill a day or two then it's good for that.
Forgettable? What? It's one of the only shows where I loved every character they introduced, no matter how minor.
Forgettable? What? It's one of the only shows where I loved every character they introduced, no matter how minor.
Like I said, well put together. The characters there were nice and all but not really unique; they all fell into the usual archetypes. It's just an SoL with Rom-Com cut and paste characters, it's well done but generic.
Ugh. Your opinion is WRONG. :v:

The characters aren't meant to be any historical characters. The history team is just named after historical characters.
Homunculus is like Lucy except not bad. Also it reminded me a bit of Oyasumi Punpun, not in the setting or the atmosphere or the story at all, but how people's appearance changes to reflect how they're feeling or what they're dealing with.
I built a MG Qubeley. getting pressed for space on my shelf, I might have to mix scales to fit stuff in soon. [t]http://i2.minus.com/i0JWy9E39uPrX.jpg[/t] have some moving pictures from the theatrical version [vid]http://a.pomf.se/rxinaf.webm[/vid][vid]http://a.pomf.se/qudtqh.webm[/vid]
