That episode of Shirobako was everything I could ever want out of an anime. It was hilarious, then smugly satisfying, then heart-tugging to the point of joining the tiny, tiny list of shows that actually got me teared up. Honestly, they could finish the series right there and I'd be happy. Thank you based Tsutomu Mizushima.
