Heck, it's just them standing in their underwear moaning on the side as you play the little bejeweled game. After you complete it you get 2 cg lewd images for the character you were doing, and their arcs immediately end after you sleep with them so there isn't much to do beside do the other girls.
The dialogue was hilarious. Beyond that it's exactly what you would expect, a superbly mediocre western wanna be vn.

I'm using Gokmen as well. I'm guessing it was done by whoever did the BDs to remove the noise/static in the audio.
