but that story is incomprehensible if you leave a massive amount of the first part out I do like the idea of Aogiri Root and I will be following it, but that first season was just painful
they did the bare minimum for the s1 secondaries to understand. It's probably a bit better than just going Root first, from a business and viewer volume standpoint.
After finishing Ookami Shoujo today I seem to have a vague idea what the shoujo genre is and I'd say that I dig it. This means I'll start watching Kimi ni Todoke as soon as I have a possibility to do so.
real men watch only josei
real men watch only josei
correct me if i'm wrong but there seem to be very few josei anime.
correct me if i'm wrong but there seem to be very few josei anime.
I've only seen Princess Jellyfish but I really liked it. Doesn't matter what genre you watch there's good stuff everywhere.
tru but shojos the bst
nah man shounen the plots are always so deep with realistic characters and settings
So after finally getting around to space cobra, I have to ask. Why the fuck do people compare Space Dandy to Cowboy Bebop, when Space Dandy is more obviously paying more comedic homage to a space cobra tale than a CB tale. I mean there are references to CB, but not THAT many. Hell even CB is pulling a good bit from SC but in more of a serious indiana jones like adventure.
both are in space both are episodic everyone ever has watched bebop
both are in space both are episodic everyone ever has watched bebop
I guess that's all you need to make things the same but, eh.
also space dandy and CB share a creator.
Star Wars: ☑Episodic ☑In space Cowboy Bebop? More like Cowboy Ripoff
both are in space both are episodic everyone ever has watched bebop
I didn't watch bebop and I don't plan on to so ha
Just finished Space Dandy, that was great. Season 3 when?!
Why do people ask for a third season when the second season clearly finished the show perfectly? This is like when people asked for a second season of Psycho-Pass despite having a perfect ending to the show, and we all know how that ended up.
Just finished Space Dandy, that was great. Season 3 when?!
Space Cobra
if we got a third season of space dandy it'd have to OVAs set before the ending, since the second season ending is pretty much a perfect ending and does not need a followon
Then there is anime that got 2 seasons and should have a 3rd. :(
Zero no Tsukaima got 4 seasons :)
Talking about Medaka Box, Orkel. Sheesh. :v:
Zero no Tsukaima got 4 seasons :)
while I grew out of that show before the 4th season, at least the anime had an ending unlike the LN's.
Rolling Girls - I have no idea whats going on but shit's kawaii so I'll keep watching
speaking of anime sequels, i'm actually partially glad binbougami ga never got more episodes despite the show not covering all the manga, the anime ended the story very well and i don't trust them to not ruin that conclusion
I like that Sakurasou never got more, and same with Haganai, since apparently both LN series went to absolute shit after what's covered in the anime.

Bit the bullet after hearing so much about it, I started watching Neon Genesis Evangelion. Is this one of those shows where you need to watch it and it's movies in a non-linear order for full enjoyment?

One of those shows that it's better to just not start.

There's a few animes that i maybe would like more of, even if they ended well. I just want more because i've become interested in the world or the characters and i want to explore that more, whether or not it's a good idea. [editline]21st January 2015[/editline] Also i started lucky strike last night drunk as hell and it seems alright.

Movies are suppose to be good, I just didn't care enough after finishing the series to bother with them. One of the biggest problems for me with Eva was the fact I didn't really get why the angels were coming soon enough to care about the characters challenge, and secondly (the biggest hang up) was the characters. At certain characters felt too over the top while others felt too stiff, and it threw me off for caring about most of them.
Lucky star* whoops. Freudian slip.
