In my eyes, a terrible show is a show [I]I[/I] can't enjoy in [I]any [/I]capacity. Shows like Deadman Wonderland, Tokyo Ghoul, Mirai Nikki, etc are good examples of shows I personally don't call terrible because I can enjoy them by not taking them seriously.
It's just how I watch stuff. If I still don't enjoy a show even a little bit when I'm not taking it seriously, to me, it's a bad show.
The only thing I use other peoples ratings for is to judge whether or not I should go into a show taking it seriously or not. It's all subjective.

If I recall correctly, it was an entry in a 'young animator' project called Anime Mirai. It was made by Trigger. It was intended to just be one part, although after its wide success, Trigger went to kickstarter to see if people wanted a second part.
People wanted a second part. So they're working on it now.
Watch it, it's super good.
Death Billiards was another entry that same year, and now it's a full-blown anime this season called Death Parade.

Yes.
Is Log Horizon S1 in general any good? I watched the first 3 episodes and it was mostly just about enemies being surprised at the MC for playing the game despite them all being high levels. I watched SAO and thought the story and characters were absolute garbage so i'm hesitant to watch Log Horizon.
