At least there's Mandarake, I was able to get a Rig Shokew from there.
The thing about the NG 1/144 Victory kits is that they have amazing detail, modern HG detail but with laughable 90s articulation. Paint and no modifications are enough to make them look great.

Basically it's because usually different resolution is a different release and possibly has different timings for the video. It's not the resolution (ofc it isn't), but the timings that matter.

After falling flat on its face with episode 3 which was a massive waste of time for the characters and the audience, Rolling Girls has gotten back up and gone "haha i meant to do that" and has gotten its momentum back. Episode 4 was okay but episode 5 was great.
You should be watching Rolling Girls, it's as silly as possible and it's pure fun and the art style is great.

Usually not a problem at all, as long as the video comes from the same source or is identical in length there will be no problem.

If the different subbers time it differently then that wouldn't make a difference at all, because the timing of the video is the same on 720 and 1080. That is a sub-specific experience and is unrelated to the video. It would be out of sync on the original and new resolution.
