Plenty of other quality shots in the previous episodes but man there's a lot that irks me in that episode.
I don't remember anything in durarara s2 so far that bothered me quality wise, maybe watching deen's log horizon has ruined my ability to see bad animation.

Honestly the episode wasn't too awful til the end with the duel and the other thing. I kind of like the parts where it tries to rip off Code Geass, mostly because the music is actually pretty good.
