I never thought the first show I would ever drop on my own will would be a SHAFT show.
Koufuku Graffiti is just unbearably obnoxious.
It turns everything meaningful into something related to food (being brought up with such lovable food... yes, well, no, fuck you, you were brought up by a loveable grandma, the food she made for you was just one of many expressions of love for you).
It's horrifying to see all the budget that's put into drawing the food and seeing it simulate sperm oozing out at times or jiggling around.
It's not going anywhere, it's a just a collosal compilation of anime tropes and clichès with a focal binding point of food, making it absolutely fucking retarded.
I don't know, it delivers exactly what it promised, but I was expecting something else. It's overdelivering on the food, the people are complete fucking retards because they can't stop talking and thinking about food and making every point of conversation into something related to food.
I hate it.
After discovering that my PS4 can actually play my Initial D Second + Third Stage DVDs (but not the Fourth Stage ones, wtf) I watched Extra Stage (Impact Blue).
Anyone who claims that Extra Stage was purely for fanservice is a dumbass. 15 seconds total screentime of nipples is apparently more important than the entire character development that the OVA presents.
It was good. The only downside is that it reminded me that [sp]Iketani is a dumb motherfucker and Mako is too, considering neither considers even contacting the other to sort out the fact that Iketani never got to the meeting place before she left, and thus they are forever doomed to be an annoyingly awkward almost-couple. Give poor Iketani a break. Mako too.[/sp]

The series as a whole has next to none fan service, so having more than almost nothing may appear as "a lot".
