Lightning. The example that comes to mind is sitting in a metal canoe, in the middle of a two-mile-wide lake, while a lightning storm rages overhead. I've never paddled that fast in my life.
Also, the future.
I fear ship propellers. They scare the shit out of me when I see them underwater. Actually all propellers scare me for some reason.
Spiders. Even if it's the size of a penny. I would rather deal with a huge dog than a small spider.
Rational fear: dying before I feel completion in my life.

When I started puberty, I was terrified of heights.
Shortly afterwards, I hit a growth spurt and suddenly was towering over every one of my peers.

Actually, mosquitos can be quite scary, they can carry various diseases.
That's why I got mosquito repellent, tho sometimes it doesn't help.

I am afraid of jumping gaps, even know i never fail, and i'm not lazy, I'm scared as hell of gaps.
