Imperial is disgusting

84 Kg
Sitting at about 71kg at 1.77m right now, has been fairly constant for the last few years. Started going to the gym, so the plan is to convert some of the fat into muscle.
410 lbs., and still struggling to lose it. It seems like every time I lose weight, I end up gaining almost double what I've lost not long after. The lowest I've been over the last few years is 385, and the ideal weight for my general body build (6'7" and generally large by default, even when I used to be in shape) is about 265-275.
Currently sitting at 387 lbs.
I'm not exactly sure what my heaviest was. I never measured out of sheer embarrassment, but I know I was just over 15st at my heaviest, so probably about 215 lbs / 97.5kg. 5'10 / 1.78m. So I was was rather chunky.
I tried a lot of exercise to bring my eight down, everything from kick boxing to cycling to buying weights for home, and none of it did anything. Tbh it just made me feel miserable because every time it reminded me of how out of shape I was.
Then one day I stumbled on a blog with a phrase I've never forgotten; eat food, a little less, mostly plants.
Taking the "plants" bit to heart, I started doing salads for lunch. Obviously I started with lettuce, and all the usual thrown in, but I was adding loads of cheese, bacon, mayo and the like, so they were damned nice salads. And I started shedding weight.
For the first month I was losing just over a pound a week, and I started looking in to how the hell it was so effective. Turns out it was just basically calorie reduction.
Something I'd never been taught is that calories basically maintain a weight. It seems more intuitive to me that if I have a surplus of calories every day, I should put on more weight every day. But it seems instead that if we eat a surplus of 1000 calories, our weight hits a ceiling and stops.
So what I've been doing for the last two years is slowly reducing my intake, first with less calorie-dense foods, and now with smaller portions (and it's been bloody wonderful not having my ribs cut into my belly, fuck me was that uncomfortable).
To consistently and lastingly get weight off, have a look at what you're eating, and slowly remove a few components of it.
I don't know how to gain weight
Its both a blessing and a curse
48kg / 107lbs
...at 6'1'' / 185cm
:saddowns:
Used to be 120 kg
Now I'm somewhere at 80 being 192 cm tall
I think i'm at my heaviest rn, so 55kg... I'm really short and pretty skinny so yeahhh
24 years old as of this post
Highest I've been was about 145. Currently weigh around 135. I've been around 120-130 since high school.
Currently 6' and 135 lbs, 16 years old and it's the heaviest I've ever been.
Pounds? Fuck me, that's low.
Last time I was weighed I was put in at 120, but we reckon im now closer to 140 or 150. That's in kilos btw.

157kg (346lb) which was at the end of March this year.
Down to 128.5kg (283lb) as of this arvo.
All I've done is succomb to the laws of entropy.
I am 182cm tall.
Heaviest I've been is 105kg which was a good couple of years ago, I mostly bounce around 92~98kg now and its going down slowly thanks to a job giving me a new routine, doing a 8 mile cycle daily is great for losing fat but I've basically replaced it with muscle which is heavier. :vs:
My heaviest ever was 142lbs (64.4kg) when I was at my fittest. Currently I'm around 138-140lbs which is only around 62-63kg even though I'm really out of shape now. (5'9"ish or ~175cm for height reference.)
When I was about 16-18, I was usually pushing almost 200lbs/90kg (Was about 5'9" at the time.)
23 at 5'11" now, and I usually bounce between 170-180~lbs/77-81kg now, usually depending on the season (actually more active during the colder seasons) and what my current mood is (being depressed really makes you not want to do anything.)
55kg
I'm almost 180cm tall so I look skinny af and I just cant gain weight
Was 225ish through most of high school at 6 foot 4, ballooned after that up to 250. Got tired of being fat and ate better and ran a lil for a year or so, down to 215 today.
I can't tell much of a difference but coworkers and fam seem to think I've slimmed down quite a bit so that gives me a lil motivation.
I'm 6'0" When I started to lose weight I was 170lbs(77kg) a few years ago, and since I've never been in a healthy range, I thought that 143lbs(65kg)were a good goal. It turned out it isn't. Now I'm 141lbs(64kg) and aim to lose another ten. i think the rest is on me.
Someone tell me how to GAIN weight rather
Well thanks to the nexplanon hormonal birth control I ballooned to 175. I know it was that because I didn't change my exercise habits and was actually eating way healthier stuff. It must have killed my metabolism. Aside from the weight gain it had all sorts of other horrible side effects and made me extremely depressed to the point it was seriously scaring me. Never doing hormonal bc again. Anyway I removed it back in march and my weight still has barely dropped. At least I have like 4963636x the energy now.
So far I've been able to keep off about 10lbs. For a while it kept fluctuating by like 5-10lbs a week. I hate being this obese though. I used to be 130 in hs and my normal weight after was 140 since I stopped riding my bike, never moved from that range for years no matter what my diet. My face is still super pudgey and I hate it. All my recent pictures make me look fucking hideous and I hate looking at myself in the mirror. Oh and so much for swimsuits or tight fitting shirts. My tummy is flabby as hell. Never had that before either. At least I'm 5'7 so it's not too bad since I'm tall.
Guess I have to start hiking more or get all the fat sucked out and stuffed in my tits or something. :v:

Hey now, cheer up. If you're any taller than 5'4", you're not obese. 175 really isn't bad. Hell, that's my goal weight.
Have you ever heard of an app called MyFitnessPal? It's what I've used to diet to lose weight in the past. It gives you a calorie goal per day and lets you scan barcodes or search restaurant food/estimates of homemade ingredients for their calories/nutrients to log.
It helped me lose 15 pounds in the span of about two months by just dieting. Give it a shot.
185cm
84kg
17% bodyfat
Used to be 220 lbs, now 172
I hit the 80kg bar once, I'm 180cm tall.
Maybe I got higher than that at some point, I don't weight myself very often.
Hit 255lb at somepoint in my last year or uni, got back to my usual 240lb, losing weight now to get rid of my beer belly, been 3ish weeks and im 233 now so hoping for the best.
I'm 5"10 and i've done a fair bit of bodybuilding
Around 110 kg on a 1.90M height and im going to the gym more frequently to hopefully get within 3 years to 80 kg.
crap put mine in wrong. Should be 11st or around 150 pounds. Been pretty thin all my life, am about 6' 3" tall too.
why isn't there an option for 0
135 at just over 5 10
Heaviest I've weighed would be now, which is around 204lbs, which is 92kg.
Part of it is due to my diet, as well as my build, and my workout routine. I've been bulking for awhile so now I'm trying to cut back in order to tone and lose the excess fat.
6 foot tall, which is 1.83m so I'm pretty on par for my build + weight. Most muscular I've been too which is great.
I'd say my goal weight honestly is around 185-190 to be nicely cut.
I used to be 6'6" and 250, now I'm floating between 190 and 200.
I still have a bit more belly-fat than I'd like but I do look the best I ever have right now, so that's good.
It's just hard to maintain a diet and exercise routine with a student lifestyle and chronic depression/anxiety, but I at least try to keep the food in line.
