Yup. I've always been very skinny.

Damn. Well I know two people now like that then. Just keep an eye on it, my little brother has had a few health related things to it.

Thanks xoxoxox.
Trying to eat better and more frequently.
Last year I was around 209 to 212 pounds I think, now I weigh 175, I'm about 6'2
Not proud to admit that I let myself get to nearly 400 pounds.
I am proud to admit that I got myself back under 300 pounds recently though.
My heaviest was around 225.
Thankfully I'm not that huge anymore. Still kinda big but not THAT big now.
At my heaviest I was 75 kg (165 lbs), now I fluctuate between 58 kg and 62 kg (128 and 137 lbs). My height is 174 cm (5' 8") for reference.
Highest was 100kg(~220lbs) for 185 cm, now I'm 92kg(~ 202lbs) and still loosing weight.
I was 95kg a few years ago but over time dropped down to 85kg with 185cm
75kg would be nice to be, but I don't mind being """slightly fat"""
52kg, currently 47kg and I am 180cm, say hello to mr bones.
I've been somewhere in the vicinity of ~200 lbs. as long as I can remember. Heaviest was 205, right now I'm sitting at 190 and trying to lose a little more.
Used to be 185 at 5'5" which was pretty godawful looking back at it.
Down now to 145 with a few more inches on me so everything's kinda leveled out now.
Probably about 190 lbs. I've been close to 185 for the past several years, and last time I was at the doctor I was 185.0.
heavies i was 75kg by 163cm
right now i am borderline overweight at 69kg
didnt expect so much obesity in this thread tho

Well you never know, some of these people may be extreme heavylifters.
I'm actually sorta pissed that my cut is taking awhile, but then again I've only been cutting my calories. Probably need to watch it a little stricter.
i dont know what a pound is but i was around 120kgs in high school. i lost a ton of weight straight after highschool and i've been around 100kgs since, except for 2015 when i got down to 85kgs with dieting and exercise. i'm 6'2 so i weigh more than i look most of the time.
gotten lazy since then and put weight back on but i'm going back to the gym now.
430lbs or more (190-200 kg) since I last weighed myself. I'm really tall and have lots of muscle, but definitely lots of fat too, but I'm not a big ball rolling down the hallway either. I was over 250lbs in 4th grade, so I'm just naturally heavy. I definitely need to lose weight, but getting that initial start and sticking with it is extremely hard. I've never really started tbh, even though I know that many of my problems are from all this weight and my lack of exercise.
Also the term "big boned" actually does apply to me and is not just a lie to myself to keep my self-esteem up. I injured my leg while I was in highschool and our doctor x-rayed my leg and said that my leg bones are a shitload wider and denser than most people's bones he's seen. It's probably from me being extremely heavy all of my life. I've been in situations that should've shattered my arm and leg bones but I've never broken a bone ever, not even a finger or toe.
I'm like 135-140lbs and I'm 5'9
normal bmi but i prob still need to eat more since my family likes to joke that i look like a bobblehead due to how skinny i am
I'm 6'3" and about 255lbs, so I have a little beer gut but that's about it. This is the heaviest I've ever been. Being a complete stoner doesn't help.
I've started going to my grandmother's pool and swimming laps, that's great cardio though. Plus I'm trying to get out and walk around the city during the work day. Being a programmer means I'm often far too sedentary.
I'm ~205cm (6'8") and used to be ~160kg (~352lb) two years ago, now down to 110kg (~242lb), mostly because of my "diet" (specifically the amount of food and I started eating vegetables, which I hated before), funny how most of the changes in appearance came in the last 20kg (~45lb) or so, so if you have already lost a bunch of weight but have noticed very little difference don't give up, it will catch up with you eventually.
160 pounds at 5'10. Within normal BMI, but edging into overweight. Put myself on a light calorie regime to nip the recent growth in the bud. Was only 136 about 4 months ago.
Might not seem like much, but my family is a bunch of skinny people w/ japanese genes.
I just weighed myself... 126kg, so I guess it's time to actually lose weight again.
Although I'm more muscular then before, I've gained fat too. Hopefully I can get down to around 100kg, or atleast so slim I don't have to worry about small size t-shirts and trousers...
To anyone that lost a large amount of weight, how much of a problem is loose skin for you?
it tightened up for me, was about maybe 25-35kgs over 7-10 months
66kg at 195cm. Still underweight but I used to be 54kg a year or two ago. Yeah.
I was 232lbs a month ago. Now I'm 209lbs. I'm aiming for 180 and this train has no breaks.
Got up to about 185lbs being a sedentary fuck, dropped to about 150-155lbs with some dieting, back up to 175lbs with heavy exercise and eating. I'm not a big guy (5'8''), so 185lbs was pushing the chunk factor enough that I got disgusted with myself.
Damn you guys are making me feel fatter :v:
The biggest I've been is actually right now but I really dislike the weight gain and I want to be a slim girl so that's not really gonna work out. I'm 240 lbs (108.8 kg) at 5' 11'' (180 cm) currently. I'm trying to lose it and at the very least it has leveled out so I guess that's good? Before I had been gaining a couple pounds every few months but now it has stayed at 240. I hope it starts to drop. I've been trying to exercise more and cut out sugar because I was eating a lot of candy.
About 171lbs as of today. I'm only around 5'6" so I'm veering into overweight territory.
Gotta start making a push to get out more and start being more careful about my eating habits.
