I'm roughly 188cm/6ft2, and currently around 71kg/156lb. Heaviest i've ever been was when i finished high school at just over 85kg, or 187lb. Dropped a lot of weight since then and i don't really feel different. I've recently started on some meds that is causing my weight to drop since it's an appetite suppressant, and i'm also a smoker. A few months ago i dropped below 65 and that was a bit fucked, but i'm back at a healthier weight now.
I've been super-busy with life recently, from getting a new apartment to getting engaged so I haven't been exercising pretty much at all for a month or so.
Right now I'm ~87kg, during "normal" regular exercise I'm 80-82kg. Used to be 110kg, I never ever want to go back to that. Heightwise I'm 177cm.
175 cm / 85 kg | 5' 8.9'' / 188 lb (I think I got the translations right)
Currently at the heaviest I've been, 2011-2016 I buoyed between 70 and 80 kg.
Don't really move that much aside from occasional walks from the city to home, and I usually eat once a day maybe.
To anyone that lost a large amount of weight, how much of a problem is loose skin for you?
I got no lose skin, but I sure do have stretch marks
55kg is the heaviest I've ever been thus far.
Was kinda chubby at 80kg, got bullied for it, dropped to 50kg, started working out, now at an even 70 at 183cm
Bout 90-95kg, I forgot exactly how much. Weight's been mostly stable at 78 for a while now; should probably lose some more, but barely got the energy to get out of bed in the morning tbh.
6'1 and 190lbs was the peak, I've lot been using the gym as much anymore though so I've dropped to 184lbs
I'm 1,73m and 71kg, but when I was younger (and shorter, 1,60m) I reached over 85kg. I also had hair like Slash from Guns N Roses, so I pretty much looked like Hagrid's mini-me
Man, probably right now.
But now I've started looking in the mirror and going "nah fuck this I look disgusting" so hopefully I can finally stick to this and get to a regular, healthy weight.
That said, I haven't weighed myself in like a month but it should still be right around 300 lbs :frown:
A year or two ago, I used to weigh 230 pounds, which was probably the heaviest I ever been.
After finding out that that was considered obese for my height, I made an effort to reduce my consumption of bread and sugar (I heard from my dad that doing just that can help a lot with losing weight) as well as a bit of exercise. I think I may have gotten to 175 pounds (Which is relatively close to being overweight for me but not quite there) after maybe 6 or so months, but then I started slacking off, and I think I'm at 192 pounds at the moment. I guess I better start abstaining from wheat and sugar again.
Heaviest was 3 months ago, 6ft5in and 305lbs, I've started taking some steps to make my situation better, goal weight is 240lbs with less than 6% body fat. At the moment I've down to 293lbs. Not a lot but hey it's something.
I'm 5'10 and I used to never go above 140lbs but since almost a year ago I started balooning up and now I'm at 175+. I really want to get down below 150.

Bit heavy for a baby.
Anyone got tips for trying to cut out all the shit fast food one may eat? It was great when I was building mass, but now I'm left with a bit more of a waist than I really want.
Issue is is that I live with my mother currently, and she handles food shopping. As a result there's not a lot in terms of variety, and I get bored of what we have here - to add to that if I buy things there isn't a whole lot of space.
Looking to try and cook more hopefully, but I'll have to see how that goes.
Currently,its 85 KG around 170+cm
But my fat is rather strange.
Yesterday,i checked my weight and its 85 KG
When i checked again today,it went down to 82 KG
Usually,this happen around 70-85 KG

Buy chicken breast and freeze it.
Thaw it out over a few hours before meals.
Cook any meal that contains chicken.
Chicken.

Slight fluctuations in weight are typical, but anything around a 5 pound variation (depending on how much you eat) is probably just the weight of food going in and out of your body.

Was thinking to do that, buy that plus veggies and make some easy stuff to take to work.
Wish I wasn't on second shift cause it covers me on lunch and dinner, and I'd rather make stuff for dinner at home.
Lost another 4kg.
43% the way from start to goal.
I'm 190cm/6'3" and at my heaviest I weighed 137kg/301lb in February. Been on keto ever since and last week weighed in at 99kg/218lb. Used my newfound nimbleness to pick up running, so I started a couch to 5k schedule and am almost done with my first week. My first goal when I started was 113kg/250lb, lel. Now I'm trying to get back into 90kg/onederland and possibly weight training after that.
Heaviest is right now. ~250lbs (113kg), just over 6ft tall. I've gained 30 pounds in the past year. Probably has to do with my horrible diet. I should probably do something about this before it's too late.
I've never hit 60kg/130lbs in my life, and im 21 :c
Was 330lb (150kg), got down to 250lb(114kg) and now back up at 288lb (131 kg) aaaand trying to go back down, 5' 11"
I'm 6'5" I was 335 at my heaviest at the moment I walk at 265 I tend to swing between 240/245 and around 275 depending on if I'm bulking or cutting

What does any of this mean?
I do amateur MMA at heavyweight. The night of the fight (and right now) I weigh in at 265. bulking and cutting means I'm either trying to purposely gain weight (muscle) in the case of bulking or purposely trying to lose weight (fat) in the case of cutting
I'm 181cm. Was 82kg at about age 15, got down to 65 at about 17 (basically was really bad at feeding myself and only ate apples, autism lol) and now i'm back up to roughly 82kg now that I'm on a more balanced diet. BMI wise I'm technically overweight but I'm physically fit and healthy so I don't care lol
Use to be 210 pounds but now i am around 185 pounds last time i checked.
66kg (147lbs) and about 179cm tall (5'11). Used to be 75ish before I basically starved myself cause I ate so much shit in high school and got sick of being unhealthy.
