Even though this has been said a lot, work out and exercise every other day and eat right, it doesn't cost any money and it always works.
Unless she's actually fat tell her to fuck off.
Otherwise, proper diet + gym membership or get access to some basic equipment. Get her to follow some kind of program. There's tons of free options online that a simple search will do.
Nothing is a substitute for working out.
I'd recommend working out. It doesn't even mean having to lift weights, just use some of the machines.
By itself your body burns about 2k calories a day. Eat less than that for about a month and you start burning fat. No carbonated beverages; water, fruit extracts, and dairy products only. No sugar or fast foods. Avoid trans-fats and mostly anything artificial. Cook your own meals or skip one a day, but always eat breakfast. Persevere for a year or two and you should see acceptable weight loss. It helps to have a little resistance training about three times a week to maintain muscle mass and burn a little more fat. Don't need to add in any sort of cardio but if you do your results will skyrocket.

If you want to lose weight, your first thought shouldn't be "Which pill should I take to do it for me?"
I lost 90 lbs in less than a year, all naturally. Get active, don't turn down opportunities to leave the house and get on your feet, count your calories, be patient, get a plan and stick to it, make it a habit.

There are obvious things I didn't mention like setting a healthy diet, but I would assume anyone would know that.
If you want my routine. Some regular exercise and a steady diet of meat and fruit works out for me. If you really need to shave wait off, surplus Army rations, they're damn good, despite causing constipation. At least the gum's a laxative. Started eating the in the Army, obviously, and I still buy them every so often so I don't have to got to the store to much.

I've heard rumors that they contain Imodium (loperamide), they probably are just rumors though.

Mostly rumours. The gum contains laxatives and some diarrhea control medicine, but the food itself will clog you up.

except its been kept lost because I kept eating healthy? In total I went from 85kg to 70kg and its been like that since last year.
