F10 closes source based games like TF2 and CS:S
took me several years to find out home and end take you to the top and bottom of a page respectively. and the insert key is the thing responsible for that weird typing in word which constantly replaces the next character with the input one.
Tineye does this too, but is more precise.
Tineye barely has any results for anything you give it.
logout from Facepunch
Ctrl+Click to open links in new tabs (when you aren't using a mouse)
How are you supposed to Click without a mose?
ctrl shift t in Chrome
How are you supposed to Click without a mose?
if you're using a notebook. Ctrl+Click is pretty much the best way to go about it.
Tineye barely has any results for anything you give it.
As opposed to Google which gives you a hundred thousands damn things, half of which only resemble the original in basic color scheme. They both have their upsides and downsides, I have found both suitable for things which the other was not suitable for. I do however more commonly find Tineye to be useful.
Mediahint
apparently chrome won't let me download this extension because it's not an authorized extension in the store. Anyway around this?

How to cover my tracks so the parents didn't know I looked at porn.
Hardcore 9 v 1 all girl gang bang. do you really need any other secrets.
If you have two extra mouse buttons (Mouse4/5), they'll go forward and backward in your browser and other places (explorer, for instance). I can't fucking browse without a five button mouse since I figured it out.
apparently chrome won't let me download this extension because it's not an authorized extension in the store. Anyway around this?
You can drag-and-drop .crx files into chrome://extensions to install extensions not from their store, I'm pretty sure. [editline]yes[/editline] In fact, there's a guide on the Mediahint website itself
That you can have google return results from certain sites only Like this:
www.facepunch.com: something something
And also, learning all my browsers key-shortcuts. Like Ctrl+T for opening tabs, and Ctrl+W for closing them, and so on.
A lot of hyperlink related posts here. Ever since I learned about middle clicking on links I haven't been able to stop. Middle click a link and it will open in a new tab (but not switch to it) in most tabbed browsers. Useful if you're browsing a forum like this one and want to check out multiple threads.
i thought the middle clicking thing was common knowledge

It won't let me download the file so i'm not even able to drag it in in the first place. It just stops downloading the file as soon as I give it permission. Oh wait, nevermind. It apparently downloaded it to my downloads folder but it never looked like it finished downloading in the first place. My mistake.
Middle click anywhere on a tab to close it much easier than locating the small x
Ghostery extension for Google Chrome, gets rid of any "Like, +1" and other social widgets and trackers. Middle click on an empty spot and move you mouse up and down.
Isn't that the whole point of them?
I thought it was for video games. :(
Ctrl + Backspace to delete entire words in a text rather than a letter at a time. Ctrl + shift + arrows to select text without using mouse.
Ctrl + Backspace to delete entire words in a text rather than a letter at a time. Ctrl + shift + arrows to select text without using mouse.
Didn't know about ctrl + backspace, thanks man.
F10 closes source based games like TF2 and CS:S
I was kind of sad when they changed this so that a confirmation window would come up before closing the game. In the old days of TF2, when a free weekend would happen, you could say something like "hit F10 for noclip" and half the players would immediately disappear.
I think I'm the only one in my family who knows that pressing mouse wheel opens a page in a different tab.
Don't share opinions
F5. Also, ctrl+F
